Robert W. Lally

Rob has been involved in the medical marijuana industry since 2011 and has extensive experience successfully operating startup businesses. Mr. Lally is the CEO of Commerce Real Estate LLC, a multi-disciplined real estate company that builds-out and leases state-of-the-art completely turnkey cultivation, production and dispensary facilities to state licensed cannabis tenants. Currently Mr. Lally has over 110,000 square feet of cannabis related facilities in operation or under construction in four states including Washington, Massachusetts, Nevada and Hawaii.

Allen St. Pierre is the former executive director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), the country's oldest and largest anti-prohibition organization, where he served as ED from 2006-2016. Allen is also the founding executive director of the NORML Foundation. He continues to serve both non-profit organizations as a board member and active donor.
